Dupe is deeply passionate and committed to helping women grow in their careers and socio-economic lives. In line with this, she has chosen to mentor 50 ladies in commemoration of her 50th birthday in September.

Dupe hosted 25 ladies in Lagos and 25 in Abuja, Nigeria. 

The mentees were aged 25-44, female, mid-level to management in corporate, , as well as founders and entrepreneurs.
